Phase 03
Rebuild with intention
Start building the life you want.
It’s one thing to decide you want more for yourself. It’s another to turn that decision into something that actually changes the way you live.
Maybe you’ve spent time reflecting on your life, rethinking your priorities, and imagining what you’d like your next chapter to look like. You know what matters to you, and you’re ready to make some changes. But between work, responsibilities, old habits, and the demands of everyday life, it’s easy for those intentions to get lost in the music.
You might start with the best intentions, only to find yourself falling back into familiar routines a few weeks later.
That’s where Rebuild comes in!
The final phase of the Life Reset Framework is about turning your priorities into practical action and redesigning the way you live to support the life you want to create. It’s about making intentional changes to your habits, routines, environment, and schedule so that your everyday life starts to reflect the things you’ve decided matter most.
To create a different life, you have to start by changing what you do, how you spend your time, and the choices you make every day.
The 5 steps of Rebuild
01. Turn your priorities into action
You know what you want to focus on, but what needs to change in your everyday life to make it happen?
This step is about identifying the habits and behaviours that will support your priorities. You’ll consider what you need to start doing, what you need to stop doing, and what’s already working that you want to continue.
The aim is simply to identify the specific actions that will make the biggest difference and establish realistic standards you can work towards.
02. Build routines & an environment to support you
It’s easy to make plans when you’re motivated. The challenge is following through when life gets busy, motivation exits the chat, or things don’t go as expected.
This step is about creating routines that work for your real life and making the behaviours you want to adopt easier to maintain. You’ll identify the minimum you need to do to keep moving forward, consider what your routines look like during more challenging weeks, and find ways to remove the obstacles that make change harder than it needs to be.
Because lasting change is about more than just having “more discipline,” it’s about setting yourself up to succeed.
03. Design your week
Your priorities need more than good intentions. They need time and space in your everyday life.
This step is about creating a realistic weekly structure that reflects what matters to you. You’ll identify your weekly anchors, decide how often your priorities need your attention, and establish the commitments that make the biggest difference to your life.
You’ll also consider what your ideal week looks like compared with a minimum week, so you have a structure to fall back on when life gets hectic.
04. Create your 90-day reset plan
Yay – the fun part!
You don’t need to figure out the rest of your life right now. You just need a practical way to start moving towards it.
This step brings everything together into a focused 90-day plan. You’ll define what meaningful progress looks like for your main priorities, identify the actions and milestones that will help you get there, and decide what you’re committing to over the next three months.
You’ll also consider what deserves your attention right now, and what you’re giving yourself permission not to worry about for the time being.
Think of it as a focused experiment: a direction to work towards, a plan to guide you, and enough flexibility to adjust as you go.
05. Track, reflect & reset
Making changes is one thing. Recognising your progress, learning from your experiences, and knowing what to do next is what helps you keep going.
This step is about checking in with yourself throughout your 90 days, tracking the behaviours that support your priorities, and reflecting on what’s working and what needs to change. Rather than trying to follow your plan perfectly, you’ll learn to make adjustments based on what’s actually happening in your life.
At the end of the 90 days, you’ll revisit your starting point, reassess the different areas of your life, and recognise how far you’ve come. From there, you can decide what to keep, what to change, what to let go of, and where to focus next.
A life reset isn’t something you do once and tick off your list, it’s a process you can return to as your life, goals, and priorities evolve.
Building a life you love starts with the choices you make every day!
Rebuild isn’t about creating a perfect routine, filling your calendar with productive activities, or expecting yourself to get everything right from day one. It’s about making intentional changes that support the life you want without making that life feel impossible to maintain.
Some changes will feel natural. Others will take time, experimentation, and a little patience. You’ll have weeks when everything falls into place and others when you need to return to the basics.
You don’t have to do everything perfectly to start creating a different life. You just have to keep making choices that move you in the direction you want to go.
Give yourself room to learn what works, adjust what doesn’t, and recognise that progress can look different from one week to the next.
What you’ll gain from this phase
By working through Rebuild, you’ll start turning the intentions you’ve developed throughout the Life Reset Framework into practical changes you can carry into your everyday life.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Identify the habits that support your priorities and establish realistic standards for how you want to live.
- Create sustainable routines that help you keep moving forward, even when life gets busy or your motivation dips.
- Redesign your environment to make the behaviours you want to encourage easier to follow through on.
- Build a weekly structure that works for you and gives your priorities the time and attention they deserve.
- Create a focused 90-day plan with meaningful outcomes, manageable milestones, and clear commitments.
- Track your progress and adapt by recognising what’s working, learning from what isn’t, and making adjustments along the way.
- Establish a process you can use again and again so you can respond to changing priorities, and continue building on your progress.
The goal is to have a practical way forward by the end of the phase, one that helps you turn what matters to you into something you actively make time for, work towards, and build into your life.
Ready to start building your next chapter?
You don’t have to rely on motivation alone, keep everything in your head, or hope that things will somehow fall into place.
Whether you’re trying to establish healthier habits, make more time for your ambitions, create a better balance between work and personal life, or simply feel more intentional about how you spend your days, these tools will help you start putting the pieces together.
And when your 90 days are up, you’ll have an opportunity to look back at where you started, recognise how far you’ve come, and decide what you want the next chapter to look like.
You don’t need to wait for the perfect time, a burst of motivation, or a completely different set of circumstances to start making changes.
You can start with what you have, make adjustments as you go, and build from there.
You’ve taken stock of your life. You’ve decided what matters. Now it’s time to make it happen!
